Beth Anne Keates is an industrious, dedicated and passionate volunteer for the West Chester Railroad, with the encouragement of her father Donald P. Van Krieken Sr., has had a lifelong interest in rail transportation. Her husband Brian and sons Andrew and Jacob also share that interest.

Kenneth Springirth, has a lifelong interest in rail transportation. A detailed researcher, Ken’s interest in rail transportation by 2013 has culminated in writing 20 books on trolley car systems and railroads covering a variety of locations. He lives in Erie, Pennsylvania.
